The Repulse Bay is seeking an Event Sales Executive to support the daily operations of Event Sales, with a focus on wedding and social events.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee the end‑to‑end inquiry‑to‑booking process, converting leads into confirmed events through timely, professional communication and effective follow‑up.
- Identify and maximize revenue opportunities through upselling and personalised sales approaches.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, delivering exceptional account servicing and fostering long‑term partnerships.
- Coordinate event orders and liaise with relevant internal departments to ensure successful event execution.
- Act as the main liaison between customers and service teams throughout the event, maintaining a visible presence during the event to address issues and suggest suitable alternatives when required.
General Requirements
- Degree holder in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Relavant working experience in the F&B, events, or catering sales industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
