Pastry Demi Chef

Job Duties:

• Handle the daily operation in Pastry, including production, preparation and presentation 
  處理糕點的日常運作，包括製作、準備和展示
• Assist in Pastry planning and recipes development
  協助糕點規劃和食譜開發
• Ensure that the preparation and quality of food provided are consistently maintained in accordance with the hygiene standard
  確保所提供食品的製備和品質始終符合衛生標準
• Maintain safe and proper use of equipment at all times
  正確使用和保持設備的安全

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year’ relevant experience in hotels / clubs
  至少2年飯店/俱樂部相關經驗
• Certification in Pastry/ Bakery/ Confectionery is highly preferred
  擁有糕點/麵包/糖果產業認證者優先
• Self-motivated, independent & well-organized
  上進、獨立且組織良好
• Good communication skills
  良好的溝通能力
• Able to work under pressure with flexibility of adapting in a fast-paced environment
  能承受工作壓力並適應快節奏的環境
• Fresh Graduate / Less experience will also be considered
  應屆畢業生/經驗較少的也將被考慮
