Sales Support Officer / Sales Administration Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enhance productivity of the sales representatives
  • Monitor branch operations
  • Coordinate daily operation and administrative support to the team
  • Organize and conduct courses for sales representatives
  • Involved in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Degree with minimum 1 year working experience is preferable
  • Good communication and co-ordination skills, with patience in serving the sales team
  • Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge in Power BI and Excel VBA is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficient in Chinese and English. Putonghua is preferable
