What will you do?
- Act as primary administrator for hotel’s Channel Manager to ensure real-time synchronization between PMS and various distribution channels.
- Handle rate loading for contracts, seasonal campaigns, and promotion codes into the system and take responsibility in mapping these accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee the GDS to ensure the hotel is visible to luxury travel agents, Consortia and corporate bookers
- Regularly audit all platforms to ensure rate parity, communicate with business partners on the findings and report to Director of Revenue when it happens.
- Monitor the performance of all online channels, compile production reports to ensure online revenue targets are met.
- Monitor digital trends and identify opportunities to initiate tactical promotions to drive direct traffic to hotel official website.
- Monitor competitors’ online activities and share market intelligence when developing strategies.
What do we seek in you?
- Degree holder in Hotel Management or related disciplines.
- 3-5 years related working experience in the hotel or related industry.
- Self-motivated and well-organized with a high focus on details; a good team player.
- Good presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin communicator, written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
