Duty Engineer 值班工程師

職責：

• 保持所有運作設備及酒店設施的效率和標準。
• 監察日常工作訂單及計劃保養服務，確保其準時妥當地完成。
• 準備日常維修及保養工作的報告。
• 確保隨時遵循防火及安全程序。
• 與酒店內部各部門及承包商協調，以確保工作順利進行。
• 準備員工更表並安排輪班。
• 為下屬提供相關培訓。

入職要求：

• 持有相關的證書或工程文憑，如大廈服務、電氣、空調、機械或其他相關學科。
• 至少五年工作經驗，擁有酒店經驗者優先考慮。
• 必須持有安全卡及A級電業工程人員註冊證。
• 良好中英文的書寫及口語能力。
• 具備良好的領導及溝通技巧。
• 熟悉Microsoft Word和Excel。
• 需具備輪班工作的能力。

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the efficiency and standards of all operating equipment and hotel facilities.
• Monitor daily work orders and planned maintenance services to ensure they are completed properly and on time.
• Prepare reports for daily repair and maintenance work.
• Ensure that fire and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Coordinate with internal departments in the hotel and contractors to achieve smooth operations.
• Prepare the colleagues' roster and organize shifts.
• Provide training to subordinates.

Requirements:

• Holder of a relevant certificate or diploma in Engineering, such as Building Services, Electrical, Air Conditioning, Mechanical, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience; hotel experience is an advantage.
• Must possess a Safety Card and certification as a Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A).
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong supervision and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Availability for shift duty is required.
