We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Tea Sommelier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both Chinese and Western teas, as well as a passion for food pairing to enhance the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities 主要職責:

• Prepare and present a diverse range of Chinese and Western teas for members and guests. 精通中西茶，包括茶的來源、品種和製備方法
• Provide expert tea recommendations and pairings to complement our food menu.提供專業的茶葉推薦與餐茶搭配，完美襯託我們的菜單珍饈
• Conduct tea tastings and educational sessions for guests and staff. 定期舉辦品嚐雅集與茶文化講座，帶領賓客及員工領略茶道之
• Ensure proper tea preparation and presentation techniques are followed. 確保嚴格遵守正確的茶葉沖泡流程與呈現技巧
• Monitor tea inventory and manage relationships with tea suppliers. 監控茶葉庫存並維護與供應商的合作關係
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative tea-infused dishes and beverages. 配合廚師團隊，創造加入茶葉元素的創新餐點與飲料
• Stay updated on tea trends and continuously enhance the tea program. 貼茶藝趨勢，不斷提升茶飲項目的品質

Requirements 職位要求:

• Proven experience as a Tea Sommelier or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel. 具茶藝師或在高端餐廳或酒店擔任類似職位的經驗
• Expertise in both Chinese and Western teas, including knowledge of origins, varieties, and preparation methods. 精通中西茶，包括茶的來源、品種和製備方法
• Strong understanding of food and tea pairings. 對食物和茶的搭配有深刻了解
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 良好溝通和人際交往能力。
