Technician – Electrical and Mechanical / Plumber (機電工程 / 水喉技術員)

A little taste of your day-to-day 
您的日常工作簡要 

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: 
每一天都是不同的一天，但大致工作内容如下： 

• Handling new hotel projects, including MEP testing and commissioning work 
  處理新酒店項目,包括機電及水喉測試及調校工作
• Carrying out hotel daily repairing work and preventive maintenance work 
  執行酒店日常內部維修工作及防護性保養工作 
• Housekeeping for all plant rooms  
  清潔機房 
• Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor  
  向工程督導報告 

What we need from you 
我們對您的要求 

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Building Engineering field or in Plumbing and Driange field or equivalent  
  至少2年有關屋宇維修 或水喉維修工作經驗 或同等資歷 
• Education F.3 or equivalent 
  中三或同等學歷 
• Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)
  持有建築業安全訓練證明書（綠卡） 
• Holder of Electrical Worker License of Grade A or above is preferrable (for Technician - Electrical and Mechanical)
  持有A級或以上的電工牌照者優先 (適用於機電工程技術員)
• Experience in handling hotel opening is preferrable 
  具有處理酒店開業經驗者優先 
• Strong technical hands-on skills 
  優秀的技術執行能力
• Good communication skills 
  良好的溝通技巧 
• Rotating and night shift is required 
  需要輪班及夜班工作
