Guest Services Officer – One Duck Lane 客戶服務主任–尚萃軒 ($22K –$23K)

Responsibilities 職責

• Under the direction of the F&B Operations Manager, the Service Associate is responsible for mise-en-place, service, cashiering and maximization of guest satisfaction in the outlets 在餐飲營運經理的指導下，負責準備工作、服務、收銀以及在餐廳中提升顧客滿意度
• Responsible for full set of receptionist duties including greeting guests, handling telephone enquiries, and managing customer bookings 負責接待員的所有職責， 包括迎接客人，處理電話詢問和管理客戶預訂 
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area 確保用餐區的清潔和有序
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions & enquiries 提供菜單建議並回答客人的問題和詢問
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to our guests in accordance to hotel standards 根據酒店標準為客人提供友好和專業的客戶服務
• Create memorable guest experiences, especially on different occasions (Wedding anniversary, Birthday, etc.) 創造難忘的客人體驗，特別是在不同的場合 (結婚紀念日, 生日等)
• Assist to ensure a smooth operation and achieve a high level of customer service within the restaurant 協助確保餐廳的順利運作，並達到高水平的客戶服務，執行管理團隊認為必要的任何指派職責

Qualifications 資格

• Has a basic knowledge of POS systems and online restaurant platforms 具備基本的POS系統和在線餐廳平台知識 
• With a can-do attitude and teamwork mind-set 擁有積極的態度和團隊合作精神
• Exceptional customer orientation and relationship building skills 具備卓越的客戶導向和關係建立能力
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese 良好的英語和中文書寫及口語能力
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 溝通和人際交往能力強
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 能在節奏快的環境中工作
• Able to work independently 能獨立工作
• Able to work under pressure, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment 能在壓力下工作，適應節奏快的環境
