We are seeking enthusiastic problem solvers to join us in scaling our platform, to enhance the quality of life for elderly in Hong Kong through our senior living and outpatient rehab clinic operations. Our diverse and high-performing team comprises Medical and Nursing Care Professionals, Rehabilitation Specialists, Hospitality Professionals, Asset Management and Investment Professionals and more.

Responsibilities

• Perform the daily operations of guest services to deliver diverse and premier services to senior residents.
• Handle enquiries, requests and complaints effectively, while encouraging caring relationships with senior residents.
• Communicate with various departments and carry out other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Hotel Management, Property Management or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, hotel or clubhouse.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
• Ability to work independently, with strong interpersonal skills and capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Shift duty on public holidays.
