IT Coordinator

We’re seeking an IT Coordinator at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong who is skilled in providing information technology support while ensuring smooth operations across various departments. This role calls for a proactive person who is skilled in troubleshooting and can offer prompt, professional assistance when needed.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Meeting with colleagues and guests to ascertain their needs and providing prompt, professional assistance and support
• Assisting in monitoring all related hotel systems to ensure proper operation and optimal condition
• Setting up and organizing workstations
• Conducting periodic tests and inspections
• Monitoring inventory and supplies and ensuring that replenishments are ordered in a timely manner

What we need from you

• A minimum of 1 year’ work experience, with some computer set-up and troubleshooting experience preferred
• A diploma or vocational certificate in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Working knowledge of local area networks and Microsoft Windows
• Knowledge and experience in hotel management systems is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, speaking and writing
