Manager (Hire Purchase / Leasing Operations)

Job Responsibilities

• In charge the Operations Team of the Hire Purchase / Leasing Department
• Manage loan operations processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
• Monitor loan portfolios and identify potential risks or issues
• Coordinate with statutory authorities and credit reference agencies
• Liaison with the Marketing Team and other internal parties

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking and finance industry
• Proven analytical, credit and risk management skills
• Good communication skills and able to communicate with people at different levels
• Self-motivated with good sense of responsibility
