Assistant Officer, Property Services (Headquarters Support)

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the preparation of internal documents and administering management systems
  • Communicate and understand the operation needs in a proactive manner and execute routine work independently
  • Coordinate and support the procurement activities in accordance with guidelines and manual
  • Liaise with internal users to monitor the system operation and the performance of suppliers
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and provide administrative support

 

Requirements: 

  • Holder of Diploma or above in business administration, business management, property management and other related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the fields of business administration, management or property services
  • Holder of PMP licenses (Tier 2) or experience in procurement management is a plus
  • Attention to details with data analytical mindset
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in computer literacy (includes PC operation, MS Office and Chinese Word Processing)
