ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises the Receiving Clerk in performing the receiving function and Supplier delivery person in performing the delivery of direct issue food items to the kitchens.
• Checks and counts all goods to be received per approved purchase order.
• Checks and verifies all goods received to ensure that foods received are in accordance with the purchase specifications.  Goods ordered are to be supported by Purchase Order.
• Ensures to reject all goods which do not meet the specifications.
• Ensures to move accepted products to storage areas immediately to minimize employee theft and deterioration of product quality.

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years working experience in store and receiving, exposure in hospitality industry will be an advantage
• Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is essential
• Proficient in Microsoft software including MS Word & Excel
