Commis - Pastry

We are looking for a Commis - Pastry based at Aberdeen Marina Club!

As a Commis - Pastry, we rely on you to:

• Create and prepare wide variety of pastry and desserts according to recipes and company standards
• Ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Pastry Kitchen
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standard of kitchen area as well as equipment and utensils

We are looking for someone who has:

• Form 5 or Certificate holder of western kitchen of Vocational Training Council
• Minimum 1 - 2 years relevant experience in related professions
• Knowledgeable about traditional desserts, dessert menus, dessert buffet and specialty dessert beverage
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Good team player and able to work under pressure
