As the Housekeeping Coordinator at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, you will be responsible for providing clerical support as well as attending all calls received in Housekeeping Department. You’ll maintain a positive, friendly attitude with all guests and other employees to act as communicator and liaison between guests and cleaners.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

- Coordinating all calls received in Housekeeping Department and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently meet to high standards.
協調所有房務部接收的電話, 確保所有工作高效完成並達到高標準
- Responsible for communications within Housekeeping Department and between Housekeeping and other departments, including but not limited to handling guest requests or complaints, room status, repairs, maintenance and other related matters.
負責房務部內部以及與其他部門之間的溝通, 包括但不限於處理客人的要求或投訴 , 房間狀態, 維修保養及其他相關事項
- Performing clerical tasks, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
執行文書工作, 保持準確的記錄和文件存檔
What we need from you
我們對您的要求
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel housekeeping team, preferably with previous working experience as Housekeeping Coordinator
至少2年管家部工作經驗,最好有擔任客房部協調員的工作經驗
- A certificate in housekeeping operations, hospitality management, or related field
酒店房務營運、酒店管理或相關學歷
- Attention to details, good telephone manner and communication skills
注重細節,良好的電話禮儀和溝通技巧
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
良好的書面和口語英文和中文能力,懂普通話者優先
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
