Valet Attendant

As the Valet Attendant at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, you will take ownership of delivering exceptional first impressions – providing personalized recommendations to the city, firsthand information of the latest activities and restaurants in town. 

A little taste of your day-to-day 

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: 

• Greeting guests upon arrival and departure to build a good first impression
• Assisting guests to drive, park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas safely and following traffic laws in a timely manner
• Directing traffic in driveway and parking area as needed
• Organizing and filing documents regarding guests’ vehicles and daily transactions
• Being flexible in handling guest enquiries

 What we need from you 

• A holder of valid Hong Kong Driving license (No. 1,2) with clean driving record
• Relevant work experience is preferred
• Great team player who is proactive, agile, creative, charming and joyful   
• Strong service mindset and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) are essential
