Customer Services Officer - Reservations

Responsibilities

  • Assist the reservations team in achieving the business excellence according to the Hotel’s sales & marketing strategies.
  • Ensure all reservations requests, amendments and cancellations are properly, promptly and correctly entered in Reservations System.
  • As a team member, assist Department Head to maintain and upkeep the operation of the department; to review room inventory with Revenue and Front Office on a daily basic; maintain a high level of rate parity amongst all distribution channels.

Requirements

  • Certificate / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • 2 years' related working experience in hotel industry, preferred in Reservations
  • Knowledge of using Reservations System is an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Polished interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and customer-oriented
  • 8 days off per month
  • Immediate and short-notice availability preferred
