Manager / Senior Manager - Settlement Team

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy of all routine operational process of treasury products and client investment products settlement and daily operation
• Execute management duties in effective and efficient methods
• Communicate and coordinate with Taipei Head Office to report daily operations
• Assist in ad-hoc projects such as UAT, system migration and tasks assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

• University graduate or above
• Over 10 years of working experience in processing Treasury Settlement and Wealth Management Operation with at least 3 years in Supervisory level
• Well knowledge on Treasury Settlement and investment product settlement. (FX, SWAP, OPTION, IRS, CCS, Forward, Equity, BOND, Future, Derivatives products etc.) 
• Familiar with relative rules and practice of SFC / HKAB / HKMA
• Proficient in the operation of SWIFT, RTGS, MUREX, XACT and Avaloq
• Familiar with settlement accounting procedures
• Familiar with HKTR reporting rule
• Good management and communication skills for external and internal parties
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel as well as Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is preferred
