Responsibilities:

• To assist the General Counsel in advising on matters of the Company and its subsidiaries concerning legal, regulatory and internal policy compliance, as well as other aspects of corporate governance.
• To prepare and review legal and incidental documentation.
• To devise and take measures in ensuring ongoing compliance with all applicable rules and regulations by the company.
• To prepare rules/regulations, meeting materials, minutes and other documents as required by the General Counsel/Company Secretary.
• To take part in ad-hoc projects and such other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in law or related disciplines or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Law-related qualifications and skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to work well with all levels
