POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Provide administrative support in Housekeeping Department
  • Handle phone calls in a polite manner
  • Handle guest enquiries and lost and found

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in hospitality management or related discipline
  • Minimum 1-year relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel
  • Excellent command of English and Cantonese, fluent spoken Putonghua would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge in computer skills
