Floor Supervisor

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Assuring the cleanliness and condition of guest rooms and public areas achieves the highest standards 
• Manages the Room Attendant on the floor and conducts inspection on a daily basis
• Communicate closely and work harmoniously with all colleagues in hotel and guest
• Present a professional manner and exhibit the ability to anticipate needs.
• Monitor crash program for guest rooms and public area to rise up guest satisfaction

QUREQUIRED SKILLS

• Tertiary education is preferred 
• 3 years relevant experience in luxury hotels / hospitality industry is preferable 
• Capable to build interpersonal relationship and acquire employee coaching skills
• Demonstrate ability to lead and develop Housekeeping Department staff members
• Independent, self-motivated and enthusiastic
