Senior Officer / Assistant Manager – New Account & KYC

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Account Opening documentation checking to ensure regulatory, internal policies, KYC, CDD and AML requirements are met
• Approve customer account data creation and maintain proper record keeping
• To follow up with working parties and update the customer account maintenance
• Prepare account opening documents for individual and corporate customers
• Responsible for Customer Due Diligence and KYC review
• Support teammates to finish daily operations and ensure conducting working procedures and regulatory requirements
• Assist team leader to monitor daily job efficiency and achieve all job duties

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in Financial related disciplines
• At least 4 - 5 years of working experience in banking or financial institutions
• 2 - 4 years’ banking experience in checking corporate account opening and client onboarding/KYC periodic review experience are preferred
• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing; and regulatory developments in Taiwan, Hong Kong and international trend
• Fluent in Putonghua, Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong ability to work independently, attentiveness to details, with positive mindset and good common sense
• Good Knowledge of computer software, Microsoft office & both of Chinese and English typing
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager
