Business Analyst - System Implementation (Wealth Management Department)

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to enhance existing processes
• Support the implementation of system software and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis tools, or other relevant software to support system implementation and data validation.
• Familiarity with system integration processes and APIs.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and drive consensus.
• Create and maintain documentation related to business processes, requirements, and system changes
• Developing test cases, performing testing, and ensuring the quality of implemented solutions
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experiences as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in Avaloq
• Avaloq certification or training would be a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of banking and financial services within Wealth Management or Private banking
• Excellent analytical and risk assessment skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
