Senior Officer / Assistant Manager - Wealth Management Operation

Job Responsibilities:

• Abide strictly by SOP to monitor and execute settlement instructions of wealth products
• Follow up with brokers and custodians to figure out any unmatched or unsettled instructions
• Perform check and control on processes, including update of pricing information, reconciliation among WM/PB systems (Familiar with Avaloq /Temenos etc.), General Ledger, positions of custodian and counterparty, preparation and filing of transaction documents and miscellaneous reports, etc
• Participate in system development and enhancement
• Well knowledge of investment product settlement and WM/PB account opening

Job Requirements:

• A diploma holder or above, major in banking or business-related disciplines is preferred
• Relevant experience related to processing and settlement of investment funds is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of market practices and regulatory requirements of HKMA and SFC
• Experience in participating in system development and enhancement
