Responsibilities

This is a supervisory position to assist the Restaurant Manager in running the restaurant, taking responsibility to supervising the juniors, meeting business requirements and guests' satisfaction whilst ensuring adherence to service standards and operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma in hospitality management or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in upscale Chinese restaurant in hotel;
• Good team management and inter-personal skills;
• Excellent communication skills with customer oriented mindset;
• Dedicated to provide high quality service to guests;
• Enjoy engaging with guest from all around the world; &
• Fluent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
