Responsibilities

  • Verifying vendor invoices against purchase orders.
  • Process goods receipts. goods issues, and stock transfers in ERP to maintain real-time inventory records.
  • Coodinate with warehouse staff and other departments for order updates.

 

Requirements

  • DSE or higher education with at least 1 year of clerical experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
