Essential duties and responsibilities

• Assist guests with all inquiries in connection with hotel services and facilities, tours, transportation and restaurant recommendations
• Assist guests in and out of vehicles, including assist guests with loading/unloading luggage
• Handle parcels, letters and messages inflow and outflow.
• Handle inquiries and requests from all guests with friendliness and professionalism.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantage.
• Minimum 1－4 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel
• Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is essential
• High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
