F&B Captain / Server

The Repulse Bay is seeking F&B Captain / Server to support the daily operation of our restaurants, serving Western cuisine / Southeast Asian cuisine.

Key accountabilities

• Take charge of a station and provide effective supervision, task delegation, and on‑the‑job training to subordinates
• Prepare mise‑en‑place and ensure the restaurant is fully ready for service
• Serve guests in the restaurant, delivering high‑quality service and creating an impressive dining experience
• Be familiar with the menu; take orders, explain menu items to guests, and make appropriate recommendations to maximize revenue
• Check bills and ensure guests are charged accurately
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Server

General requirements

• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Holder of a Certificate in Food and Beverage Operations 
• Strong sense of customer service and ability to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
