Security Guard 保安員

The Repulse Bay is seeking Security Guards to support the daily operations of Security & Operational Department.

Key Accountabilities 主要職責

• Conduct regular patrols in accordance with established procedures.
  根據既定政策和程序進行定期巡邏。
• Identify and report all safety threats and hazards within the complex.
  識別並報告影灣園內所有安全威脅和風險。
• Monitor and control all pedestrian access into the private residential complex.
  留意並監察所有進入影灣園範圍的行人出入。
• Carry out all instructions and assignments from Security Control.
  執行所有由控制室指派的工作。
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the tenants and residents.
  與住戶建立並維持良好的關係。 

General requirements 職位要求

• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit.
  持有有效保安人員許可證。
• Working experience in hotel or serviced apartment is preferable.
  具有酒店及服務式住宅相關工作經驗為佳。
• Proficiency in spoken Cantonese and good command of spoken English is preferable.
  能操流利廣東話及一般英語會話為佳。
• 9 hours of work per day, 24-hour shift duty is required.
  二十四小時輪更制，每天9小時工作。
