Security Supervisor 保安督導主任

The Repulse Bay is seeking for Security Supervisor to support the daily operation of Security & Operational Risk Department.

Key accountabilities

• Supervise, manage, and motivate the Security team to ensure consistently high performance
• Deliver superior customer service to residents, tenants, and visitors
• Prepare clear and accurate incident and accident reports using Microsoft Office
• 9‑hour workday with 24‑hour shift duty required

General requirements

• Holder of a valid Security Personnel Permit
• First Aid and AED certification is preferred
• Experience in security and occupational safety, preferably within a hospitality environment
• Pleasant, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
