YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Meeting and greeting all guests arriving and departing to/from the Hotel
- Assist in coordinating departure transportation, limousine/taxi/shuttle bus/coach and the loading of said vehicles
- Ensure prompt and efficient deliveries to/from guest rooms such as: Daily newspapers, guest messages, facsimiles, packages, flowers and other miscellaneous items guest rooms
- Provide safe and secure storage of all guest’s items
- Co-ordinate Bell attendants to perform errands outside of the hotel on behalf of guests
- Liaise closely with Valet Parking, Transportation, Airport Representative and Regent Experience team to ensure the highest levels of professional courtesy and efficient/effective communications are maintained at all times
- Maintain security awareness at all times with regards to the Lobby and Driveway areas, in particular the luggage storage room and guest items held there
- Responsible for the maintenance of the hotel information directory and ensures that the information shown in current and accurate at all times
- Have a thorough knowledge of all Concierge operations, local events and attractions
- Must lead by example in terms of appearance, mannerism, etiquette, behaviour conduct, principles and values
- Lead the Regent Experience Agent team and inspire them to execute all ideas that help to elevate guest’s experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
- Must speak Cantonese and English, Putonghua is preferred
- Maintain security awareness at all times with regards to the Lobby and Driveway areas, in particular the luggage storage room and guest items held there
