First Aid Supervisor (Water World)

Responsibilities

Reporting to the First Aid and Safety Area Manager, he/she will be responsible for facilitating the daily operations of the First Aid Department, by providing first aid services, handling internal/external customer requests and inquiries, updating regular trackers and reports, scheduling duty roster for frontline staff, plan and deliver training for staff’s career development. He/she will executive inventory/stock take activities in order to ensure efficient stock remains on hand at all times. Work location will be Ocean Park and Water World depend on operations need.

Requirements

• Form 6 or above with pass in Chinese and English in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent
• Holder of valid First Aid Certificate and AED Provider Certificate issued by Hong Kong St. John Ambulance Association or other recognized authorities
• Holder of valid Prehospital Trauma Life Support or related certificate is an advantage
• Holder of valid and recognized First Aid Lecturer Certificate is an advantage
• With at least 5 years’ working experience in nursing or first aid related field, in which 2 years should be in supervisory role
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Be in good physical condition
• Computer literacy in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Willing to work on shifts including at nights, weekends and public holidays
