Responsibilities:
Assist Guest Experience Manager in the supervision and control of the operation procedures.
Ensure a smooth operation of Continental Club during the absence of Guest Experience Manager.
Ensure effective allocation of work among subordinates.
Co-ordinate with Housekeeping and Restaurants, Bars & Events Department, to ensure the smooth operation of Continental Club.
Provide training to subordinates and new recruits.
Prepare training and duty roster for Guest Experience Officers.
Report daily happenings to Guest Experience Manager.
Ready to work shift with flexible hours when necessary.
Check all reservations for Continental Club one day prior to arrival.
Assign room according to the reservation, guest history and guest request.
Arrange and check the amenities for Continental Club guests.
Conduct room check and amenities for Continental Club guests.
Co-ordinate with Housekeeping Department and reception to ensure the good condition of the room prior to guest arrival.
Requirements:
Tertiary education in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years work experience in Hotel / Customer Service
Able to work independently and handle shift duties
Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Guest Experience Officer
