Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and produce all pastry, desserts and sweet related dishes together with bakery items for the restaurant menus and for banqueting ensuring items are of a consistently high standard.
  • As Pastry in-charge and lead one subordinate in preparing and producing all pastry, bakery and dessert items for the menu at all restaurants and banqueting.
  • Meet quality and hygiene standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in hotel or catering industry with vocational training.
  • Energetic and innovative mind
  • With creative mindset and have a track record of innovation products
