Suitable candidates will be considered for openings in different areas of the Phillip Securities Group after 1-year on the job rotation training. During the training program, you will be assigned to at least 2 different business areas, such as Securities or Futures Dealing for Local or Foreign market, Bonds and Unit Trusts, Options, Financial Planning, Business Development, Research, Corporate Planning, Accounting, Settlement, Compliance, Internal Audit, Information Technology etc. You will be coached to complement our existing teams of finance professionals and handle challenging assignments.

Ideal candidates should possess a good university degree. Knowledge in quantitative analysis or computer is an advantage. You should be a good team player with excellent analytical, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. You should also be highly committed and have the drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
