Chef de Partie 高級烘焙師 (Layers 酥房) - Bakehouse

Job Duties 職責:

• Assist Sous Chef in organising workflow & process of Layers department
  協助副主管組織及安排酥房的工作流程
• Allocate and utilize working time reasonably to ensure production meets requirements
  合理分配及運用工作時間以確保産量符合要求
• Communicate with Demi Chef de Partie & Commis 1/2 and provide work instruction
  與中級和初級烘焙師溝通，並提供適當的工作指引
• Provide training & guidance
  提供指導及培訓
• Responsible for daily production of layering items
  負責酥皮類產品的日常制作
• Follow instructions from head chef for production
  按部門主管的指示制作酥皮類產品
• Maintain high level of hygiene and cleanliness of working environment, in order to reach company quality standard
  確保生產過程按照安全及衛生指示和操作, 以達到公司品質要求

Working Location 工作地點:

• Chai Wan 柴灣

Working Hours 工作時間:

• Starting from 05:00 ~ 10:30 ; 10 hours per day 由早上5時～10時半開始 ; 每天10小時
