Sous Chef (Layers) 酥房副主管– Bakehouse (Chai Wan)

Bakehouse

Job Duties 工作內容:

  • Assist Head Chef in organising workflow & process of Layers department
    協助主管組織及安排酥房的工作流程
  • Allocate and utilize working time reasonably to ensure production meets requirements
    合理分配及運用工作時間以確保産量符合要求
  • Communicate with Chef de Partie and provide appropriate work instruction
    與高烘焙師溝通,並提供適當的工作指引
  • Provide training & guidance
    提供指導及培訓
  • Responsible for daily production of layering items
    負責酥皮類產品的日常制作
  • Follow instructions from head chef for production
    按部門主管的指示制作酥皮類產品
  • Maintain high level of hygiene and cleanliness of working environment, in order to reach company quality standard
    確保生產過程按照安全及衛生指示和操作, 以達到公司品質要求


Working Location 工作地點:

  • Chai Wan 柴灣


Working Hours 工作時間:

  • Starting from 05:00 ~ 10:30 ; 10 hours per day 由早上5時~10時半開始 ; 每天10小時

 

Requirements 要求:

  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in F&B industry; experienced in bakery industry is an advantage
    需要三年或以上麵包生產行業相關經驗
  • Fluent in Cantonese/English/Mandarin
    操流利廣東話/英語/普通話
  • Good communication skills
    良好的溝通能力
  • Good team player and ability to work in a dynamic team
    有良好的團隊合作精神
  • Candidate with less experience would be considered as Chef de Partie
    經驗較少者會被考慮為高級烘焙師
