Manager, Relationship Management (Corporate Banking)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop business opportunities from both new and existing corporate customers
• Structure credit facilities and cross-sell the Bank's services and products to meet customers’ needs
• Prepare credit proposals, review existing facilities, monitor customers' risk profiles to achieve business targets and mitigate potential risks
• Maintain and enhance long-term customer relationships
• Provide guidance and support to junior members

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the commercial lending business in Hong Kong
• Strong credit analysis and risk management skills as well as ability to analyze and make sound judgments on complex financial information
• Holder of Enhanced Competency Framework on Credit Risk Management (ECF-CRM) preferred
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Strong service and sales orientation with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
