RECEPTION MANAGER
Silka Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong
- Diploma holder in hospitality management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in hotel front desk operations with at least 1-2 year at supervisory level
- A team player, customer-oriented with good supervisory and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of using Opera PMS would be an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Reception Manager or Guest Services Supervisor
