Settlement Officer

Responsibilities

Perform trade processing and daily settlement for Hong Kong Equities, Equities Options, Global Equities, Fixed-Income or Futures Markets
Handle stocks’ deposits and withdrawals in scrips/e-transfer via CCASS
Handle corporate actions events
Conduct daily cash/stock reconciliations
Handle ad-hoc projects/UAT or tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements

Higher diploma or degree in any disciplines
At least 2 years of settlement experience in brokerage industry
Hands-on experience with CCASS/DCASS
Familiarity with Euroclear/ Clearstream is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office
Good working attitude, detail-minded, responsible and a trustworthy teammate
Good communication skills in Putonghua, Cantonese and English
Immediately available is highly preferred
Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Officer or Assistant role.
