Purchasing Officer (5-days work week)

Purchasing Officer  (5-days work week)

Job Duties:

• Responsible for sourcing all hotel-related materials, including F&B, Housekeeping, and Engineering materials
• Manage the daily operations of the hotel’s Store & Receiving Department
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers and contractors
• Understand materials and technical specifications, and liaise with suppliers and factories
• Maintain the inventory and vendor database
• Experience in sourcing and purchasing items on Taobao

Job Requirements:           

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the hotel industry
• Initiative, good communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
