Duty Manager (5-days work week)

Job Duties:

• Supervise daily operations of the Front Desk
• Response to guest comments and complaints relating to service standards
• Be aware of the room situation constantly
• Handle emergency cases in accordance with hotel policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Hospitality Management
• Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience
• Good knowledge of market intelligence and developing on day business
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
