Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards 檢查客房和公共地方清潔,以確保品質標準
- Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms 預備已售房間報告,驗證及更新房間狀態,及確保房間清潔
- Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities 協助房務部管理人員管理日常運作
- Depending on operational needs, the role may be required to take on PM‑shift duties 視乎營運安排,或需負責中更(PM Shift)
Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management will be an advantage 酒店管理文憑或以上學歷者優先
- At least 2 years' working experience in the supervisory level in Housekeeping Department 至少2年房務部主管級工作經驗
- Sound knowledge in the use of all kinds of cleaning chemicals and equipments 熟悉各種清潔化學品和設備的用法
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communications skills 自我激勵,注重細節,人際溝通能力強
- Able to perform administrative tasks and knowledge of MS Office applications 能夠執行行政工作並了解MS Office應用程式
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese 良好的中英文口說和書寫能力
- Hard-working and willing to take responsibilities and initiative 勤力,願意承擔責任,積極進取
- Able to work in shift duty 能夠輪班工作
