Team Leader - Immersive Dining Experience

About the Role

We are looking for an engaging and service-driven Host to join our immersive dining and entertainment experience at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui.

What you will do:

• Provide courteous, professional and efficient F&B service at all times, ensuring every touchpoint aligns with the immersive dining concept
• Assist the Event Service Manager in delivering smooth, coordinated and seamless event operations
• Uphold smooth and efficient operations in alignment with the immersive dining concept and service standards
• Manage guest expectations professionally and contribute to a consistently exceptional experience

What you should have: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a hotel event service operation with good service standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for creating memorable immersive experiences
• Well‑organised and detail‑oriented and capable of supporting smooth operations in a fast‑paced environment
