Senior Guest Services Manager / Guest Services Manager (5-Day Work Week)

Job Requirement:

• Higher diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ hotel front desk operations experience with 2 years at supervisory level
• Customer-oriented with good communications & interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of using Opera is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
