Responsibilities

• Patrol the Hotel property and present a deterrent to crime and in-house rile violations.
• Carry out preliminary investigation of incidents.
• Give immediate response to calls for service.
• Assist Hotel guests and visitors by giving directions and answering inquiries in a polite and friendly manner.
• Actively participate in the fire safety, First Aid and emergency programs.
• Ensure that no unauthorized persons enter the back of house.
• Issue and maintain Hotel keys.
• Issue and collect temporary pass for visitors, contractors and casual workers and maintain a register.
• Monitor all Security system devices in Control Room.
• Responsible for other duties as assigned by Security Manager.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years related work experience, preferably in hotel industry.
• With valid Security Personnel Permit and First Aid Certificate.
• Basic knowledge of hotel and security operations.
• Available to work on shifts.
• Good command in Cantonese, preferably in basic English and Mandarin.
• Can work independently.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
