Assistant Project Manager / Senior Project Officer

Job Duties:

• Monitor, supervise and work in conjunction with consultants and contractors in completing the projects with high quality and within planned schedule and budget

• Ensure the site construction works are built according to the requirements and specifications

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Surveying, Architecture, Engineering or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with property developers or consultants

• Knowledge and understanding of statutory requirements of Buildings Ordinance and allied Building Regulations

• Excellent presentation, communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong sense of responsibility

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint

• Less experience will be considered as Senior Project Officer
