QUALIFICATIONS

• Holder of diploma or equivalent
• Relevant experience in hotel industry and familiar with Opera system are advantages
• Familiar with scenic, heritage, daily life and activities within Shatin area
• Independent, hardworking, familiar with call centre / operator procedure, willing to work on shift duties and overtime
• Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Service-oriented, pleasant and good interpersonal skills
