Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

To oversee hotel repair and maintenance operations, participate in and ensure capital projects & works complying to statutory regulations
To prepare the budget and control the energy, repair and maintenance costs
To ensure all preventive maintenance be consistent and being properly executed with proper records and to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of M&E System
To lead the Engineering team; plan and liaise with contractors on repair and maintenance works and projects, and provide technical advice & support in daily operation

Requirements:

Higher Diploma holder in Building Service, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a managerial position, preferably in Hotel Industry
Knowledge of all technical engineering aspects including Builder’s work, E&M, Plumbing and Heating, HVAC, ELV, energy conservations, etc.
Electrical license Grade “B”
Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
