About the Role

As a 3rd Dim Sum Chef (三級點心師), you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all types of Dim Sum cooking duties.
  • Monitor the production process of steamed and double-boiled items.
  • Ensure the hygiene standards are achieved according to the HACCP & ISO22000 requirements.
  • 負責各款點心烹調
  • 監控蒸煮和燉品的生產過程
  • 根據酒店的食物安全標準維持餐廳的衛生水平

About You

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Hotel with similar capacities.
  • Basic knowledge in HACCP and ISO22000.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • 具備至少一年酒店相關工作經驗
  • 基本食物安全及衞生知識
  • 具備團隊合作精神及良好溝通技巧
